  Was greeted rudely - upon waiting to order with a "What", then had my order done completely wrong. Found grinds in the coffee. Upon a return visit, I was again greeted with the same negative experience and was very displeased with customer satisfaction. Some younger staff members were very positive and made a few of my visits enjoyable, but I wasn't at all impressed with management of the workers nor some of their attitudes towards customers.

  One of my drivers received a travel mug as a gift. She brought the mug into the 3rd Street restaurant to get her first free refill. When she brought it to the counter the server, Pam, told her that it was $6+ . My driver said that she was not paying $6 for a free cup of coffee. The server kept the travel mug.
  My driver went another day to the restaurant on Grand Ave East (near her home) and told them about her experience. They gave her a new travel mug to replace the one that Pam kept and her free refill.
  When Pam was questioned, her response was that she did not care!
  It is great that the Grand Ave customer service was able to counter the rudeness of the 3rd Street server!!
