  Staff is friendly most of the time, afternoon staff needs to be more focused and they need a stricter hiring policy. Orders sometimes wrong and service can be slow in the afternoon

  I spent 2 hrs trying to get Tim Hortons 'free' wifi and couldn't, so I asked 4 other employees for help connecting. They had a laugh and all said they couldn't get it on their phones either. No one had any idea how I was to connect to the so called free wifi. About 3 weeks later a stranger at the laundromat informed me I had to already be paying for internet on my device to receive this free wifi. Well when you use your phone internet it costs a lot of money, that's why a lot of ppl don't have it. So what's the point in offering something for free when it isn't ?? I won't go sit at Tim Hortons again. Waste of time.
